Shenandoah will be onsite this Friday to begin the community's fall fertilization and weed control applications.

Friday: Right/Church Side of the Community
They will apply fall fertilizer to the turf areas on the right/church side of the community. Additionally, they will perform targeted weed control applications along sidewalks, rock swales, and other designated areas where weeds are present.

Monday: Left/Shopping Center Side of the Community
They will return on Monday to complete the fall fertilization and targeted weed control applications on the left/shopping center side of the community.

Please note that weed control applications will be limited to areas where weeds are actively present. Their goal is to address the existing weeds without applying products unnecessarily to areas that do not require treatment. The fall fertilizer application is intended to promote healthy root development and strengthen the turf as it prepares for winter dormancy. This application also helps support a healthier lawn and improved green-up next spring.
