We wanted to provide you with an update on our new pest control vendor and provide a recap of pest control responsibilities as it relates to the Common Elements, Limited Common Elements, and Unit Components. 

We wanted to share an important issue that may be affecting many of our homes: high water pressure coming into the community from the street.

We are reaching out regarding an increase in trash issues within our community and want to share some important reminders.
 
All bulk trash pick-up must be coordinated with our trash collection vendor, Olivo. Improper disposal and dumping of trash without coordinating an appropriate pickup in advance is a violation of our community rules and City regulations. Additionally, hazardous waste, such as paint, gasoline, and electronics should not be included during routine service and should be taken to a specific city collection center. 

At the Board meeting on June 25, the Board adopted Policy Resolution No. 26-03 Relating to Unit Door Maintenance. This policy supersedes the previously adopted Policy Resolution No. 10-22 Relating to Unit Door Maintenance and includes updates to door designs and color schemes that owners can use when replacing their doors and hardware.
