Bulk Trash Pickup May 18

Olivo's Trash will be providing bulk trash pickup services on Monday, May 18 at no additional cost to residents. The Association has asked Olivo's Trash to provide this service as a courtesy to help residents with an opportunity for spring cleaning and clearing out unwanted items. Please place out your items for bulk pickup the morning of May 18 for removal.

With the final adoption of the parking and towing policy as of March 26, the Board would like owners to now ensure their vehicles are not in violation of the policy in order to avoid potential towing. Rocks & Shrubs Installation on Retaining Walls

As part of the phase 1 retaining wall & drainage project, Avon Corporation will be installing rocks and shrubs along the length of the retaining walls that were replaced on Jason Avenue and the retaining wall on the Common Area behind homes on Jay and Keller Avenue.
