Leasing Policy Resolution Effective May 15

At the Board meeting held on April 24, 2025, the Board adopted Policy Resolution No. 25-02 Guidelines and Procedures for Leasing Units. This resolution has an effective date of May 15, 2025 for any and all leases signed or adopted after this effective date.
Second Phase of Fence Replacement - May 12

We are reaching out to provide a quick update on the perimeter fence replacement project. The perimeter fence replacement on Keller Avenue is expected to be completed by the end of this week. Hercules Fence is planning to replace the fence on the Bradlee Shopping Center side of the community beginning on the south/school side of the property and will work their way down towards King Street on Monday, May 12. Given the amount of time it took for the fence to be replaced behind Keller Avenue, we are expecting this fence replacement to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. 
Yard Sale & Bulk Pickup May 31 and June 2

Fairlington Towne Condominium is planning a yard sale for Saturday, May 31 and providing bulk pickup services on Monday, June 2. Please see the flyer below for additional information. If you have any questions regarding the yard sale please contact Helen Mongal at hmhjoan5@yahoo.com. Olivo's Trash will be providing the bulk pickup services on Monday, June 2. Please note that paint containers will not be picked up as part of the bulk removal. Please also ensure that trash bags are securely tied and sealed to help prevent trash from blowing around the community. 
Fence Replacement Update & Priority 2 Tree & Shrub Removals

We would like to update you on the pending fence replacement project which began on April 14, 2025. This notice provides important details about our plans to address the deteriorating perimeter fence and pending landscaping removals to assist with the completion of this project.
