Welcome to our community! Fairlington Towne is a community of 300 condominium units nestled between native trees, community green spaces and homeowners gardens that come to life in the Spring and Summer. Our 19-acre community was built in 1953 and sits at the border of West End Alexandria and Arlington close to Shirlington and I-395. The community consists of 300 condominium units located on 19 acres of land in the City of Alexandria.
Alexandria, Virginia is an independent city located along the Potomac River, six miles south of downtown Washington, DC. The historic center of Alexandria, known as "Old Town," is the third oldest historic district in the United States. This charming neighborhood contains more than 4,200 historic buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, including homes, churches, museums, shops, small businesses and restaurants.
