Utilities Contacts

As a new or existing homeowner in Fairlington Towne Condominium, there are certain utility companies that you should engage for questions about utility accounts, including setting up utilities. There are three utility companies that residents will need to reach out to in order to set up their utilities: the water/sewer company, electrical company, and gas company.

 

The water companies that services units in Fairlington Towne Condominium are Virginia American Water and Alexandria Renew Enterprises. Residents will receive water bills from these two separate entities to pay water and sewer bills independently with one another. This type of billing is done this way for all homes that live inside the City of Alexandria.

 

Please note that, if you are an end unit owner/resident, you should NOT contact the water company to set up water and sewer in your name because this is paid for directly by Fairlington Towne Condominium. Please contact FirstService Residential with any questions.

 

To set up your water and sewer in your name please contact Virginia American Water directly at 1-800-452-6863. They will set up your account with Virginia American Water and Alexandria Renew directly so only one phone call needs to be made.
