Parking & Policies

Parking spaces are unassigned and are available on a first-come, first-served space available basis. All vehicles must have current license tags. Trailers, campers, house trailers, boats, trucks larger than half a ton, or vehicles with commercial signs may not be parked on the common elements and are subject to towing. Vehicles parked in no parking areas are subject to being ticketed and towed. Parking spaces are limited and vehicles are not to be stored in parking spaces within Fairlington Towne. 

 

No motor vehicles may be kept on the common elements except in marked parking spaces. All vehicles must have current license tags. Vehicles licensed in Virginia must have current State inspection stickers. Any vehicle not moved for more than 30 days will be considered a stored vehicle and will be towed at the vehicle owner's risk and expense.

 

No major repair or maintenance of automobiles may be done on the common elements and the public streets within Fairlington Towne, in accordance with the governing documents and the City of Alexandria ordinances.
