At the Board meeting on July 31, the Board adopted Administrative Resolution No. 26-05 Establishment of Recommended Procedures for Reasonable Accommodations or Modifications Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act. This policy supersedes the previously adopted Policy Resolution No. 01-15 and updates the guidelines for reasonable modifications and accommodations in accordance with the Fair Housing Act.
