At the Board meeting on May 28, the Board adopted Policy Resolution No. 26-04 Policy Resolution No.26-04 Policies and Procedures Relating to Enforcement of the Condominium Act, Condominium. This policy supersedes the previously adopted Policy Resolution No. 01-19 Procedures Relative to Due Process and updates the requirements for notice of mailings and requirements for hearings.
