IMPORTANT: Upcoming Towing Enforcement & Expectations
Posted on Apr 23rd, 2026
With the final adoption of the parking and towing policy as of March 26, the Board would like owners to now ensure their vehicles are not in violation of the policy in order to avoid potential towing. Residents should review their vehicles to ensure they comply with the parking policy to avoid towing, namely:
- No commercial or recreational vehicles parking in the community;
- Junk vehicles, specifically those with flat tires making them inoperable;
- Partially or fully disassembled vehicles
- Missing or expired state inspection or license plates
- Missing or expired state inspection or license plates
Please review your vehicles to ensure they are complying with these provisions as outlined in the towing and parking policy. In order to begin our compliance with these regulations, the Association will have the towing company come through the community on Wednesday, April 29 to perform a sweep of the parking bays and identify vehicles that fall into the categories listed above. After these vehicles are identified, we will send another communication to the community identifying these vehicles that are subject to towing. After notifying everyone of the list of vehicles subject to towing, owners will have approximately two weeks to correct and comply before we begin towing.
Our hope is by providing this notice in advance of the planned towing patrol, identifying the vehicles, and giving additional time, this will allow owners the opportunity to correct these issues before these vehicles are towed. We appreciate everyone's cooperation and understanding as we begin enforcing the provisions outlined in the new parking and towing policy resolution.
