The affairs of Fairlington Towne, A Condominium Unit Owners’ Association (“Association”) are governed by a Board of Directors (“Board”) consisting of five members, each of whom are elected to serve two-year terms. Pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Association Bylaws, “three members of the Board of Directors shall be elected in even-numbered years, and two members of the Board of Directors shall be elected in odd-numbered years.” Accordingly, at the upcoming Annual Meeting on October 23, 2025, two directors will be elected to serve on the Board for terms of two years.  

If you wish to serve on the Board, please complete the enclosed nomination form. In order to be qualified to serve on the Board, you must be a unit owner, spouse of a unit owner or another person with legal interest in a condominium unit and in good standing with the Association. You cannot be more than sixty days’ delinquent in the payment of any assessment or be in violation of the governing documents for the Association.
