Fence Replacement Update & Priority 2 Tree & Shrub Removals
Posted on May 1st, 2025
We would like to update you on the pending fence replacement project which began on April 14, 2025. This notice provides important details about our plans to address the deteriorating perimeter fence and pending landscaping removals to assist with the completion of this project.
Fence Replacement & Next Steps
The perimeter fence replacement project is well underway with roughly two-thirds of the fence replaced behind Keller Avenue. Hercules Fence is continuing to make progress, and we hope they will have completed the remainder of the rear section in the next two weeks. From there, Hercules Fence will begin their work on the Bradlee Shopping Center side of the community between Jason and Keller and work their way down before moving on to the church/Bradlee apartments side of the community. Additional updates on the fence replacement project will be announced as we receive them.
While Minnie Howard's team works on the fence behind Keller, any concerns should be directed to Management for prompt resolution. Please do not approach or interfere with contractors during this process.
Priority 2 Perimeter Fence Landscaping Removals
In addition to the perimeter fence replacement, in order to aid Hercules Fence with the removal of the fence and providing three feet of clearance to replace the fence, at the Board meeting on April 24 the Board approved the removal of additional trees, stumps and shrubs near the perimeter of the fence line noted as priority 2 removals. The bulk of removal for these plantings will be on the Bradlee apartments/church side of the community as well as several on the Bradlee Shopping Center side of the community. Based on what has been reviewed, below are the list of areas that will be impacted by these removals:

After the fence is installed and either painted or stained, the Landscape Committee will work on beautifying the area with appropriate tree and landscape enhancements so that we are able to maintain our new fence for years to come.
Reminder: please remember the Landscape Committee recommends all common element plantings, and the Board approves or revised those recommendations. Homeowners are not to plant anything in the common areas. Any plantings not authorized will be removed.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to improve our community. If you have any questions, please reach out to Management.
