At the Board meeting on December 18, the Board reviewed a draft policy resolution regarding parking & towing guidelines for the community. This draft was developed in close coordination with the Association’s legal counsel and in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and bylaws.

 

The proposed policy provides guidance on parking privileges, the use of storage pods or moving trucks, prohibited types of vehicles, vehicles that are considered abandoned or junk, and enforcement actions that can be taken such as towing or immobilizing of vehicles.

 

The Association will begin collecting homeowner survey responses beginning January 6 with the survey period closing on January 20. All feedback and comments will be reviewed by the Board at its meeting on January 29.
